How does it work?

At Bourne Breaks we are want to make the letting of your property not only financially rewarding but fun and hassle free, which is why we are not like any other agent. We work closely with you to help and advise in the preparation of the property and our service is flexible to meet your requirements for using the property too.

If you are considering letting your part or all of your property one of the senior team will come and have an informal meeting with you at the property to determine if it is suitable for letting to the short let and holiday market. They will be able to answer any questions you have and talk you through the steps you’ll need to take to prepare the property.

Is the initial first impression a place you would want to stay in? Would YOU pay to stay there?

L = Location

Is it in a great location, near a beach or country location or popular attraction?

L = Luxury

Are there little touches of luxury that make a place feel special: furniture, facilities or an unusual welcome pack?

Can I let my property all year round?

Although summer is our busiest time, in the last 12 months some of properties have had high occupancy levels in the low season months as the south coast continues to become a year round destination. The majority of our properties are available all year round. This though can be flexible and we would be more than happy to discuss this with you.

How much income can I hope to make?

A lot of business is generated by repeat business and recommendations so the longer the property is available the more income it will generate. When we take on the property we will work with you to assess the likely level of income.

How much does it cost to join Bourne Breaks?

There is no charge to join our portfolio. We handle all the enquiries, marketing, bookings and payments for your property and the only charge that is payable is a commission on each booking we generate for your property.
